Work orders are the center of Facilities. Time is important so Facilities makes it fast and easy for employees to submit new work order requests and check on the status of existing work orders, all from one central place.
Facilities tracks facilities and assets information, making it available for all processes. Track asset vendors, as well as work orders and changes for specific assets to identify problem items. During the work order process, facilities staff can link work orders to a specific facility or asset to see key information.
Facilities provides a new approach to facilities management that leverages the internet and Office 365 / SharePoint as part of a Digital Workplace. Staff can share tips and communicate using chat, discussions, texts, or email.
