Kala Roe

Kala servers as our Client Account Consultant for Opus Management. She officially joined the team in 2022 and is in Texas. A strategic thinker, with more than 15 years business management experience, Kala is passionate about small business owners and helping them scale their business.

Kala has a diverse business background with a degree in Agribusiness Operations, specializing in Equine Management. This has allowed her to manage her own breeding operation of American Quarter Horses in the past. While she has downsized her herd, she still is still actively involved and showing in the National Reined Cow Horse Association and Stock Horse of Texas.

Prior to coming onboard with Opus, Kala worked as a territory operations manager in the veterinary field overseeing TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, NM, and TN.
